We held our wedding ceremony and reception at Arts Ballroom and it was EVERYTHING we could have imagined and more. From the very beginning we were treated so well, even when just touring the venue. They answered a million of our questions during the contracting process and wanted to work with us to make our wedding great. Isabella was our event coordinator and she was absolutely phenomenal. She helped us every step of the way from the food tasting to the day of the event. We have had so many people rave about the food at the event - specifically cocktail hour and the dessert hour were crowd favorites, with some saying it was the biggest dessert bar at a wedding they have ever seen. The staff was also fantastic: Isabella, Emmy, Michael, Cleesman, and more helped us and our parents throughout the day and during the event. They also helped us with set up and take down with our centerpieces and other decor. We truly could not have asked for a better experience with our venue and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to hold their event in Center City Philadelphia.Posted on Google Marcílio AlvesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an absolutely amazing experience working with The Arts Ballroom while planning our client’s 60th birthday Bridgerton-themed celebration. From the initial walkthrough to the final moments of event day, the level of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail was truly exceptional. A special thank you to Isabella, who was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She remained attentive, responsive, and solutions-oriented every step of the way, ensuring that our client’s vision was executed beautifully. Her commitment carried all the way through to the final moments, making sure every detail aligned perfectly. The event day staff was equally impressive—welcoming, organized, and fully supportive in bringing the celebration to life. Their teamwork and dedication contributed to a seamless and memorable experience for both our team and our client. We are incredibly grateful for the partnership and look forward to working with The Arts Ballroom again in the near future.Posted on Google Emily LybashevTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
